We had a minor issue with the television connection which was immediately checked on. When it was found that they couldn’t correct the issue in a timely fashion we were quickly upgraded. Manager on duty was amazing and called by name the rest of our stay. Best service I can honestly say we have had in some time!

We loved our stay! Rooms were very spacious for our large family. There is so much to do in the area and all within walking distance. My only complaint is the parking. Because it is such a busy and happening area there should be hotel only parking that is not open to the public. On evenings where there were events it was extremely hard to find a parking spot.

First time staying at a Hilton property in many years. We were really impressed at the overall experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order. The entire staff needs a special callout. I wish I had gotten every single persons name to send to Hilton corporate but I didn’t think about it until I left. Front desk to the cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again without hesitation.

Had an amazing time during our 5 days here! Staff was great and kind. Room was beautiful and we were super comfortable. Pool was an awesome way to cool down in the texas heat! It was great for young kids to swim in! Would absolutely stay here again next time we return to texas!

Newer hotel with spacious room design. We had a bedroom suite with lots of extra space! Busy area with a lot of shopping, restaurants, indoor swimming and sensory playground. Very difficult to find parking on weekend since the hotel is connected to the shopping! Would suggest parking behind the hotel in their lot near the police and fire offices. There is underground covered parking but difficult to find a spot during a busy time! The hotel does not monitor if only guests use this parking or not. We did use the pull out bed. Very comfortable. Ask to have something delivered to your room by the robot helpers at the front desk. So fun for the kids!
