It was absolutely perfect all the way around the only thing I had a problem with was elevator 2 was kind of iffy when it stops on floor two and four but other than that it was a nice place to stay

Sounds silly but we wouldn’t stay again because the shower water was so cold we weren’t able to wash our hair during the stay. All of the sinks were similar luke warm temps throughout the hotel. Assuming it is turned down for safety purposes but it was miserable. Otherwise the location and facility was great!

Made a reservation through hotels.com When I arrived I was doubled charged for my room. Hotels.com charged my card once and then the actual hotel charged my card… so I paid for one room twice and still have not received my reimbursement from the hotel… have never had this problem before. Makes it hard to see the convenience in useing apps or sites like these honestly.

Dee was so awesome checking us in. It was Effortless. I love this place and the black out curtains work wonders. Hopefully one day that pool will be open. One negative is that all the tiles in our bathroom was loose

This place Stinks. Get a new manager
Tv was in black and white, Toilet was broken and leaking on the floor. Shower pan has a 1/4 inch crack in it Clean up service had to be requested every morning and then they would only replace towels. Made the bed 1 out of 5 days. Ice machine and elevator was broken
