The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only tougher part for me was some of the lights were burnt out in my room, the body wash was empty, and the AC was screeching at different intervals so staying in the room had its downsides.

Just what we needed for a shopping trip into Dallas. The staff were efficient. There were a large number you young people in residence for a Baskeball tournament. But our floor was quiet and our nights sleep uninterrupted.

The check in process was fairly easy, no waiting, and the staff were really friendly. The only problem was the blanket looked a little dingy, it smelled clean but looked a little worn and discolored.. Other than that it was a good stay.

The stay was great over all. Tanisha was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived. She has a wonderful personality and a great smile. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was not that bad. The room was clean and the daily breakfast was a plus.
