I liked the staff, how clean it was and the breakfast was great. The area was a little sketchy due to homeless hanging out underneath the underpasses and all the trash they are piling up.

Fantastic budget friendly hotel!
Overall a really good stay. Hotel was modern and clean throughout the property. Only issue I had was the water in the toilet was very low so it made for uncomfortable bathroom breaks.. sliding door upon entrance to the bathroom was loose. But don’t let these be the reason you don’t book here. Very adorable hotel with high quality features.

The room was so comfortable and the house keeping staff were so Friendly and Front Desk was very Friendly especially the Guy that Checked me in on the 5th. I wish Hotels that are Pet Friendly Hotels would have a dog area completely fenced in area.

Everything was quite good but still there is NO dark roast coffee at breakfast. Every Hampton Inn I've stayed in has all three roasts but this has 3 dispensers all light roast. This needs to be addressed.

This property is nice; however, the halls were super hot. Not an average hot, like no ac at all hot. We were told they cannot run the ac in the halls due to the bad weather from a few weeks ago. Our room never got cooler than 74. However, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and was able to move us rooms. The other room was nice and cooled down quickly. Overall, our stay was great, but I think it would be a good thing for customers to know that the hotel is having some ac issues at this time.
