The hotel room's really needing upgrading, old furniture, broken tv in room 823. We had to Change rooms . I really was disappointed. Because, embassy is our go to place. But, without the wonderful staff me and family wouldn't have stayed. The property itself nice, clean . So we are moving to another embassy location

For $290 a night, hotel is overrated and overpriced. Should be $70 a night. I’ve seen and stayed at way better Embassy Suites. This place is old. The lighting is dim likely to hide the filth. I would not ever stay here again by choice. Paid $1100 for 4 nights for trash.

Had a huge cockroach in my room! When parking truck in parking lot there were a lot of crickets everywhere. In lobby saw cockroaches and then on last day saw cockroach in room. Also had to pay 18 a night for parking. Was not impressed, carpet old

Overall the hotel was nice, needed a few upgrades, it did seem dated. During our stay there was some some kind of party/ reunion in the lobby. This lasted all day until 2 in the morning. The hotel staff did not do anything to keep the noise to a minimum.

The hotel was dated and dingy in all areas. The staff was very nice however the hotel could use a deep cleaning and updated furnishings and decor. From the bar to the rooms the showers, furniture, and fixtures all could use a replacement and updated interior.

My family of 5 and I had a layover in Dallas and needed somewhere to spend 8hours . I picked the hotel because it was close enough to DFW airport and It had a shuttle bus that goes to the airport. When I called the hotel to ask where I can get the shuttle bus. The man at the front desk said you’re at terminal C , I’ll send over my driver. He then hung up before I could ask anything else. DFW airport is a big and somewhat confusing airport . Luckily the people at the airport were extremely nice and helpful . It took my family and I 1hour to find terminal C. The driver was fast and efficient . He did show up 25 minutes after calling the hotel and letting them know, we had made it to Terminal C. We arrive at the hotel and the man at the front desk was rude and made it evident he didn’t want to be there . It was late and all I wanted was to go to sleep after our long day at the airport. Honestly, the rude attendant was the least of my problems, Within five minutes of my family and I walking into our room. We saw a large cockroach How I wish I could up load the pictures of the cockroach that greeted us at our room door or of the garbage bag left on our balcony. By this point we decided to checkout after 3 hours and wait out the rest of our time at the airport. I will say this, the girl that was at the front desk when we checked out at 2:45 a.m was actually nice and polite.
