Wanted to Love It
I have never left a review with any negative comments before. However, this property fell short of expectations. First, the good – the location is great for access to various parts of Dallas, and the reservation and check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, there were cleanliness issues, particularly with the kitchen. In addition, the dining room chairs are in terrible shape, with almost no pleather remaining on the seats, and the king bed is in serious need of a new mattress (the current mattress has wavy humps). With a good cleaning (including comforters), and the dining chair and mattress issues resolved, this would be a great property.

A comfortable place
We held a small family reunion at this property. The home was as listed and all the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was available and very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and stores with an easy 30 minute drive to Dallas or Fort Worth.
