I was very disappointed with my stay the shuttle bus dropped me off at Texas Roadhouse and when I called them to pick me back up I waited in the 100 degree weather for over an hour until I began to get very ill.The front desk eventually sent a Uber driver to pick me up.Worst experience ever. I will never use this hotel again.

Mildew Smell and…
Ok. This is my go to hotel when I come into the DFW. However, the smell in the room pierced my nostrils all night. The room smelt of mildew (Rm 101). Than the bed. The sheet and pillows smelt like they have never been changed AT ALL. I was disappointed. The salmon from the bistro was great as usual.

Have stayed here several times. The shuttle is generally helpful, but I needed one before 0430 this time so i had to take a Lyft. The price for airport parking is very good as long as you stay there. It’s out of the way and easy to get to so I really like the location. This was first time I was told they “oversold” their rooms and I was changed to a queen room instead of a King. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
