Pros don't outweigh the cons
I've sat on this review for a while and just really tired hard to fight for it because we didn't have an awful time. The hotel is in a great location for easy access to Jack-in-the-box and In N Out and the interstate! The room was perfectly fine and modern and the front counter attendants were helpful and nice. But dang, I can't overlook that steep $100 PER ROOM deposit. I don't know many people who could fork up $200 or more of their vacation money on the spot and it not be an issue. I understand needing a deposit to insure their rooms are taken care of and I don't mind that. But dang $100 PER ROOM is a lot. They also charge for propping their doors to outside, but don't ask for car plate information for the safety of their guests? They also don't offer breakfast and only do room service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I know it seems like I'm just complaining but I originally booked this hotel for the price but it definitely wasn't worth $500 (including the deposit) for the weekend. Sucks because the hotel ISN'T BAD, just not worth that price tag.

Great location
Easy to get to downtown and amazingly quiet for being off the Central Expressway. Room was clean but obviously seen many travelers. The Hungry Belly is the only restaurant nearby, modern Asian but expensive. Avoid the Jack in the Box.

The property was conveniently located and inexpensive, but agree with other reviewers that it was a little run down and noisy at times with questionable characters around the building at night. I also saw in another review that there was a consistent smell of weed. I had the same experience daily on the third floor and it was definitely a turn off.

This is a wonderful place to take home away from home. People there is so nice. The only problem is the ubication but thats not their fault. So service 100/10! I would definitelly come back. Super cosy and cool
