the room i booked was very spacious with gorgeous ocean views and a separate seating area. large, clean bathroom, the shower/water pressure was excellent. great AC and wifi. staff are very friendly and welcoming. the restaurant has great food, surprisingly one of the best bun cha hanoi i’ve had in the city. the pool also has amazing views, i didn’t get to use as it rained during my stay here. there is complimentary afternoon tea, i didn’t utilize but it looked great. plenty of shops and eateries very nearby. the bed was firm, but i didn’t mind as the bedding was comfortable. it’s located on a busy street, but the noise didn’t travel to the 12th floor. the only very minor detail was the dark brown walls made it feel dark. would recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed the hotel so much, it was near everything and of course in-front of the lovely beach. The only thing is that their windows leaks water from the rain however they apologised a lot and even sent us a fruit basket as a way to say sorry. It was considerate from them. We would love to come back again to this hotel.
