Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, und sympatische Hotelleitung. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sehr sauber. Sollten wir mal wieder in Duhnen nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkiet suchen, wäre das unsere erste Adresse.

Leider sehr enttäuscht wurden wir bei unserem ersten Besuch. Wir hatten beim Buchen darauf geachtet, daß ein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer, daß man nur durch viele dunkle Gänge, durch die Bar, durch den Speisesaal und mehrere Treppen erreichen konnte. Der Balkon hatte anstatt dem versprochenen Gartenblick , freien Blick auf Mülltonnen und verdreckte Zeltdächer. Als wir diese Missstände ansprachen, wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass, sie es aufgrund , daß ausgebucht sei, nicht ändern könne.Als ich sagte, daß dann ja wohl ein Preisnachlass gerechtfertigt sei, meinte die Dame,dass wir doch schon einen super Preis haben und daß sie nichts machen kann. Ich finde, daß man doch ein so wichtiges Detail, wie KEIN AUFZUG!! erwähnen muß. Ein aufgeführter Schreibtisch war auch nicht vorhanden. Frühstück hervorragend und Personal, freundlich allerdings unflexibel in Bezug auf unsere Beschwerden
