Foi tranquila, mas o momento do check-in poderia ser melhor se relativizado para o viajante que avisa com antecedência e chega no hotel antes das 14hs. Sistema de Aquecimento Central da água para os chuveiros está subdimensionado, sorte que nesses dias o calor estava além do normal. Verificar qual o quarto está hospedado, porque o prédio está em adequação e reforma: tem quarto novo e tem quarto em processo de melhoria. Pontos positivos, manobristas discretos, recepcionistas objetivos e prestativos, circuito da Jardineira do Tour que tem ponto em frente ao Hotel, além do acesso fácil ao Mercadão.

Bom, mas não muito
Hotel muito antigo, estavamos em 4 adultos e o quarto é bem legal pq é separado por 1 porta, isso dá maior privacidade aos hospedes, mas o quarto é mto antigo, as cortinas estavam caindo, as janelas nao fechavam direito e a TV pegava só um canal e tinha uma imagem pessima, o cafe da manhã era bem simples, somente o basico msm mas tudo feito na hora, a localização do hotel é otima, fica do lado da Rodoferroviaria, em frente ao mercado municipal e perto de outras atrações, o que realmente não gostei é que ao redor do hotel tem muitos moradores de rua o que causa mta insegurança apos as 17hrs e o estacionamento que fica dentro do hotel é pago á parte, R$ 35 a diária o que achei um absurdo pq ao redor não tem onde estacionar...enfim, custo beneficio bom, mas com ressalvas.

O hotel é muito antigo e está muito mal conservado, as fotos que aparecem no anúncio não são reais. Lençóis e toalhas limpas, cobertores duvidosos, limpeza do quarto razoável. Café da manhã bem razoável. Atendimento bom.
