With magnificent communication by highway with Madrid, Santiago, Finisterre, Ferrol .. The house has three bedrooms (1 double bed 1. 50, 1 double 2 beds of 90, 1 double that is configured with 1 bed of 180 or 2 of 90. All large and new mattresses), living room with fireplace and glazed gallery with spectacular views of the valley, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, two bathrooms with showers (renovated May 2018), and outside surrounded by 1000m of garden with a large porch and barbecue and outdoor service.
In the garden there are furniture and sun loungers. The area is ideal for resting, sports, hiking, walks .. nearby there are tennis courts, sports court, equestrian club and horseback riding, Acuapark de Cerceda for kids, Club de golf .. also very close to less than 5 minutes shopping area with supermarkets, Outlet .. nearby restaurants, and magnificent beaches less than 10 minutes on the Atlantic coast: Arteixo (beaches of Combouzas, Barrañan), fishing village of Caion with its Beach, spectacular dune set with lagoon and Baldaio beach ... and on the river the beaches of Santa Cristina, Bastiagueiro, Santa Cruz, Mera ...
