Nice hotel in a spectacular location
We had the room at the top of the hotel which was up a flight of stairs after the lift got to the top. It was stunning. A small totally private rooftop patio gave us 270 degree views over the awesome scenery and the old town. A small window the other side looked down through the valley to the new town. Breathtaking! Excellent conversion of a heritage (I assume) building. Our only problem was we didn't stay long enough.

Great hotel in a perfect location, adjoining bar/restaurant was fab. Secure parking just up the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the biggest and most unique rooms we've ever stayed in.

Not bad for just a couple of nights. The hotel is centrally located, which is a plus. However, if you're looking for comfort this is not the place. Bed/pillows are super hard. Internet didn't work well. And ac didn't cool down the room well. But overall a good place for the price.

perfect location--minutes from Plaza Mayor by walking. Hotel is old and so were the furniture and facilities but the room is relatively large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We need to leave at 7:30 am while the breakfast starts at 8:00. The staff prepared two sandwiches with bottled orange juice and water in a bag for us to take--very nice indeed.

Good location for a stay in the old town.
Hotel is well situated for a visit to the old town. I would ensure you book a room at the rear of the building, we didn't and regret it. No views and very noisy especially Saturday night. Parking is off site about a 3 minute walk very tight for a big car but typical of being in the old town. Nice bar/restaurant.
