Always a wonderful and safe time at this location. Excellent location, right on the beach and very scenic views. The staff is always friendly. A couple rooms would benefit from a few updates. Other than this, I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit.

Our room had lots of flying ants all over our bathroom, on the bed lining, and just everywhere in the room. My husband and I felt very uncomfortable, especially with our 2-year-old. Additionally, when asked for wash rags, the response was "Only 4 or 5-star hotels offer that". I was really surprised that the hotel did not offer us wash rags. We had to use the hand towels to bathe. The only great thing was the worker by the name of Latoya. She was very gracious, and polite, and assisted us every way.

This hotel is only a few minutes walk from the airport. It has so much potential but I just think the rooms all need to be renovated. You can tell it’s an older hotel. I would stay there again but only if some improvements to the rooms have been made. Other than that the staff are great.

Loved the space...the cabanas...the size of the room and the pool. Room for improvement where friendliness of front desk staff is concerned. There is no shampoo or conditioner or cream so for persons to know to carry with them on the trip but there is a mini mart next to the hotel to purchase the items. Loved that it was right next to Fort Milford. Parking can be an issue at times.

Sunsets on the Caribbean
Crown Point is a historic beach hotel. It has a great location with beautiful sunsets on the Caribbean Sea and it is only a short walk to Store Bay beach which has soft clean sand and smooth entrance into the water. Most rooms have ocean views from balconies or porches. I enjoy delicious rum punches and food served by personable staff at Blu the onsite restaurant particularly at sunset. From the front desk team to security they work to accommodate the travelers.

Good location, poor room
The room we stayed in was old and outdated. I think it was okay for a night or 2 given the price and location, but I wouldn't be able to stay any longer. Main problems: Mould on the ceiling. Very small bathroom/ shower with old tiles. No secondary lock on front door. Ants on kitchen counter Pros: Very close to airport and Storebay beach. Food (lunch and dinner - not so much breakfast) was decent although took ages to prepare - (great Pina Colada!). Price is reasonable and staff were friendly.

I stayed two nights at the hotel. The food was very good, enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Had a few drinks at the bar however my Jack Daniel and coke was water down. The hotel is in a great location, short walk from the hotel to the beach. Would stay there again, if I am in the Tobago area.
