Radisson Red London Gatwick hotel provided everything we needed after a long day's travel and delayed flight! The room was a good size and very clean with a really comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed the full buffet breakfast before checking-out and the shuttle bus back to the airport was perfect.

The room was comfortable but a little tired the bed and pillows very comfy. Food for dinner was average breakfast was worse cold food average service. Staff very helpful for late checkout overall the comfy bed was definitely the highlight

About 10 minute drive from airport. They do have a shuttle which is cheaper than Uber. Our flight was cancelled among others so the hotel had to cater to 210 unexpected guests. The staff handled it very well. Thank you

Convenient to the airport and quiet
The room was reasonably clean, not sparkling by any means, but clean enough. The windows didn't open unfortunately and there was a very strong smell of either men's cologne or cleaning products, either way it was overwhelming. Good location for the airport and quiet. Not sure why the hotel says no parking when there is lots of it there.

The property was perfect for my overnight stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and dinner delicious. Special note: Please advertise that there is a shuttle to and from the airport for £5 each way. I was annoyed that I paid a cab £23 one way from Gatwick to the hotel which is NOT 0.96 miles from the airport as listed on your site.
