I was there a night. I would say that the booking is misleading. There are several add on which means the advertised price was way off. The room was expensive especially when it’s off season and several of the amenities were closed

This was probably the best place we have stayed in Fernie yet!! And the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for months!! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Nice place to stay, a few minutes from town. I was a little disappointed with our booking. Expedia said EVERYTHING was included in our price, when we checked in, we had to pay an additional fee of $28 to park. It was a very quiet evening in the parking lot was empty.

We ventured to Lizard Creek with our daughter. Our main reason was to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hottub. Unfortunately the hottub jets were not working at the hottub located at the pool. We found the heated pool to be quite cool and requested the temperature to be turned up. That didnt happen and we spoke to other guests who also found the pool too cold to enjoy. Our room fridge did not work, and thr coffee maker was broken as eell. The room was not very clean and requires a deep clean. The dishes were dirty and we had to wash them ourselves and wash the tub so our daughter could bathe in it. Our phone didnt work so we had to walk to the front desk or text the desk for any assistance. We were quite disappointed with our experience there but will say that the staff were very helpful and friendly

This is a gorgeous property. Our suite was well appointed with two bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area. However the jets were not working in the hot tub. I was disappointed that the dining room and bar were not open due to off season. Had we known we would have picked up groceries. The staff at reception were very nice. Unfortunately we had a very noisy diesel powered lift machine outside our bedroom window which was turned on at 7:00 am. Since the resort was empty I feel we should have been given a different room.

Beautiful room but we have several complaints. We weren’t told about the hidden resort fees of almost $30 until checkout. And this was after already paying the $20 resort fee when booking with Expedia. When I mentioned this to the employee helping me checkout she was a bit rude about it. I also mentioned to her that the bathroom could use attention in the room due to the dirty toilet bowl and the disgusting jets in the tub I was told that to do a deep clean they would have to shut the resort down, which doesn’t happen. There was also next to no water pressure in the shower. We also found the bed to be comfortable initially, but found it was noisy every time you rolled over. And then every time you got close to the edge it felt like there was no edge and you would almost fall off. We also found there to be a lot of road noise from passing traffic which started at about 5:30am. This meant we started our day at that time. Definitely no sleeping in here.
