Nice pool, although the water was colder than we would have liked. Nice breakfast area and the food was good. Had a hard time getting pool towels. No one at front desk. Had to call 0 to get the girl to come to front desk to get the towels. Need a bell to ring when need to get their attention. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. There was dirt at the elevator ground floor for 2 days. Would have been easy enough to sweep up. But we had a nice stay. Thanks

No ice machines until you go all the way to the top, breakfast was cold and disgusting, door didn’t open because of carpet, shower was filthy, no documentation on tv, no WiFi.

Property is under renovation but this was not disclosed on the website or at any time. Construction material in the parking lot covered all handicap parking spaces. There were boxes and litter in the hallways. Front desk staff shrugged off our complaint and inquiry about a room on a different floor but did call back later to offer explanation that there were no other rooms available. Work noise ongoing until after 8 P.M. and cleanup noise in the halls until 9:45. Breakfast was very limited. Only 1 flavor of yogurt, cold undercooked sausage, only 1 flavor muffins and bagels, only plain white bread for toast.

Front counter personnel were friendly at check in and out. Breakfast was good and the lady working that area was friendly and engaging. There was no ice at all, at least on our floor (machines not working) and there was no bodywash in the dispenser. We all had to use the shampoo. The cable channels didn't work (only the hotel branded commercial channel was playing). We were told by the attendant that came to the room to try and correct it that it was an issue reported by other patrons. He only directed us to plug the box back in, in a while, to see if that corrected it. It didn't. We didn't bother past that.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
The lamp on side table was falling apart and crooked and the base was rusted out. The sheer curtain has huge rip in it. The walls around outside of shower has black mold on them. Door knob to bathroom was rusty and gross. Breakfast was late and counters around it were dirty. Food wasn’t good.
