Very quiet for the most part. Easy access to rooms. Only problems we had was there was no hot water in our room and the bedside lamps didn't work. My husband and I took ice cold showers and the desk clerk said she would tell housekeeping about the problem. She also stated the lamps were probably unplugged and they would go in and have someone fix it after we left.

Right price for a rough looking room.
The room stunk. The beds thrown together not made. The nightstand was pulled from wall and water bottles slide off. No luggage rack had to use desk chair to hold luggage. The price is good. LOL

Room is old and not really cleaned that well. The hotel is an old signature Inn, should be demolished, I regret wasting my opportunity at a nice stay in Florence
