Everything was excellent except for the shuttle to the airport. It is advertised as being every 30 minutes. But when we asked for 4:30, we were told we had to go at 4:00am when others were already scheduled. Both times I have stayed here, the scheduled shuttle leaves about 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

The sink was full of someone's beard and it drained very slowly. Tried calling the front desk, the phone didn't work. The worse thing was i ran the shower for 15 minutes and I still didn't even have lukewarm water and this was at 4:30 AM as I had an early morning flight to catch. Will never stay here again.

When you walk in it is fabulous... the farther you get from the front desk the worse it gets... it goes from ritzy to slum really quickly... Staff was rude, the cleaners nevercleaned our room during our stay and we left a day early. We went through 5 rooms until we got one that had a working ac unit. Phones only worked in two of the rooms. The mini fridge froze all of the food I prepped so we wouldnt have to eat out... the bathroom sink plumbing. I went to do my night time routine, left the water running for just a minute and realized the water wasn't draining... next thing I know I hear water hitting the floor... the pipes has been glued together....glued...together... and of course it had come undone.. I call the front desk immediately and after 15 min they sent a guy to "fix" it. He literaly put electrical tape on it and dumped a bottle of drain cleaner in the sink and said call in 10 minutes if it isnt fixed as he walked out. He did not clean up the towels, or the water. I had to get on my hands and knees and clean the bathroom floor. There was stains all over the walls and paint peeling in the hallways, carpet gad geen peiced together and it smelled bad. There was one microwave for each floor which was in a room w the electrical boxes. I tell the lady at chrckout that I am absolutely disgusting woth the place and I want to leave immediately. I booked through Expedia, which has alwats been a good experience and this is not their fault!

Wonderful hotel - Anita at the front desk was so lovely and so was Brian ( the shuttle driver) ! Breakfast was yummy and service was top notch . Simple and comfortable room - worth every penny !
