The quality was lacking at this inn
Check in was fine. But when i got to the room. One light switch did nothing, the other went to a light where 2/3 were burned out. There were only 2 small pillows like you'd put on a couch. The bathroom was raggedy.

Got checked in. Dirty lobby cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling, dust/dirt all over window sills and many other things. Outside was unkept. Got into the door of the building by our rooms and that was filthy. Got into our rooms....layout was nice BUT I always check for bedbugs and if lights etc work. Tubs wereeeee dirty, smoke alarms dangling off the ceilings, drawers didn't close on the dresser. The kicker was....cockroaches. we grabbed our stuff and checked right back out. Informed him we was not gonna stay with cockroaches. He even asked if we wanted different rooms!!!! Highly will never recommened it.

At first I thought the room was too hot.But I forgot it is really humid in Iowa/Nebraska.I loved the continental breakfast.It was an okay trip and stay.I recommend travelers to stay at the Quality Inn & Suites.

This hotel was horrible looking. Severely out dated, rusty pipes in the room, rusty items in the bathrooms, toilet was also leaking so bad that it had standing puddles that I slipped on and almost fell, walls cracking, outside of the building looks like its falling apart, located in a bad area of town. We felt very unsafe. Bed was horrible and you only get 2 pillows that are smaller than a couch pillow. Dresser drawers were broke and wouldn't stay shut. All around, just nasty .

NOt worth the money
The whole place smelled of mildew. No where in the reservation did it say we would have to pay $100 PER PERSON deposit. We made the reservation for 3 people and there were only 2 towels in the room. We ask for extra towels and never received them. The breakfast was a poor quality at best. Very disappointed.

Affordable but not clean or well maintained.Room had an odor and drywall mud on ceiling in bathroom. Two TV’s in the room but only 1 remote that didn’t work. Had to call for assistance- did receive help very quickly. Bed was comfortable but will never choose to stay at a Quality Inn again! Once we arrived we were informed we had to put$100 incidental fee down- supposed to be refunded. Remains to be seen. Should not apply an incidental fee up front only upon departure and if there is damage. That way we aren’t waiting to get our money back.
