We were there one night for a concert. I only have one complaint. The guy who checked me in wasn't very accommodating as far as information. He wasn't rude by any means, he literally said nothing. Everything else was great. Love the music venue.

We Enjoy The Convience of staying here.
The rooms are Always Comfortable. MOST of the People at the Check in desk are GREAT! When we get older. The ease of checking in and parking is a MUST. We Do NOT care for GuyF Food choices. So we have to go Elseware. Which is unhandy for us. But Council Bluffs has Plenty of GOOD Food Choices.
