This hotel is convenient to the Omaha airport. This is not like most Country Inn places. The hotel looked like it needed updating with an older feel. Beds were ok. Not really anything there just for an airport stay

First, I couldn't find the property despite using Google maps. Even a nearby hotel didn't know where it was. When I arrived at 12:40 a.m. on Wed. morn, a car immediately parked behind me (in the driving area - not a car stall) & stayed there with its car running which was scary. The lobby reeked of weed. Check-in was easy, but when I reached my room, the nearby occupants were having a very loud and intrusive conversation. I checked out 5 minutes later and decided to drive the 50 miles home despite my night blindness because I felt unsafe and knew that I would be unable to sleep with the noise. The receptionist seemed pleasant and assured me she would try to get a reimbursement for me from the manager, but I haven't heard back. $96 for a 5-minute, unpleasant stay.

Just ok!
We stayed here due to its location & shuttle to the airport. Room was clean but pretty beat up and in need of new cabinets and bathroom sink. I called 3 times to confirm there would be shuttle service. No one ever told me that I needed to reserve a time for the shuttle when I called. Thus this did cause an issue & we ended up taking an Uber to make sure we got to the airport on time.

Arrived in the evening for an overnight stay before flying out from the nearby airport early the next morning. Arrived at the hotel at about 7:30 pm. I realized that the lamp in the room was missing the light bulb so I tried to call the front desk to request one be brought to the room. After repeated attempts to call & no one picking up the phone at the front desk, I went downstairs only to find the woman who had checked me in mopping the floor in an area no where near the front desk. Had someone come in the front desk to check in, there would have been no one there to help them. Looks like the hotel runs a "one man show" in the evening. The hotel is very close to the airport which is what I wanted but to not have a staff person at the front desk is a safety issue in that neighborhood.

When we arrived 8:30 there was no one at the desk. Lights were out. There was sign to call a number no one answered 3x. Our reservation was prepaid. Would have left after a couple minutes otherwise. Finally someone who looked impaired showed up to check us in 20 minutes later. Every time we saw him over our stay head down on the table with the lights out. Seemed he came in about 3. So essentially an unconscious person. I requested the hotel manager different times. They assured me she would call. They even said she left a message, but no call. 3rd floor of the hotel had a strong marijuana smell. There are signs all over nonsmoking/no vaping. A guy stood at the desk talking to staff actively vaping. The breakfast was decent. Very poorly managed hotel.
