Most wonderful experience! Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Christian at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed excursion with Miguel. His stories were informative, personal and entertaining.
I hope to be back next year.
Amazing location, very friendly and kind staff! Feeling like I came to visit my family and not just staying at the hotel. The owners going above and beyond to make my vacation unforgettable! Even though the pool is currently closed due to annual repairs, it doesn’t make my stay any worse. If I have to change anything, I would add more light in the bathroom and add a hair dryer, but that’s really all I can think of. The dinner that is included is great! They have very good cook!
Wonderful lodge with wonderful and the most friendly staffs. The cabin is large surrounded by birds and wildlife lot of chachalaca birds, blue gray tanagers everywhere...etc....great place for birdwatchers. Also we saw black agouti, amazon bamboo rat. Absolute go to the cascada hike tour to see bats and scorpian spiders in the cave..And all the meals there are wonderful..Absolutely will be back and this time have to stay at least 4 or more nights to see more things...with these nice peoples
The Huasquila Amazon Lodge was an outstanding experience for our 4 day 3 night stay. It is amazing how the location of the Huasquila Lodge in the Amazon provided all of our needs and made us feel so comfortable in every way. The food at the lodge was fantastic and the quality of the staff was incredible. The "go the extra mile" mentality of the staff is so evident in all aspects of the lodge;you need it they get it! Our Amazon jungle tour and tour guide(Jose) was such richly rewarding-educational experience-defintely had the "wow" factor! the Cave tour was also a "wow" experience but be warned that it is much more physically demanding from what I expected. I live in Virginia and have been to the Luray Caverns, and Luray is a "walk in the park" compared to this very challenging excursion into the dark abyss of the Amazon caverns. I highly recommend the Keishawa village tour, it provides an authentic,up close look into the indigenous people of the amazon area and learn about this deeply proud cultural tribe. We loved it all, and it was made possible by the staff of this superb Amazon Lodge.
