Upon arrival I provided my ID as the check in staff requested as I had booked and paid online. I provided my Mexican ID (I have dual residencies/ citizenship) and when he saw that he began to question me about if I had a visa to legally be in the US, which is absolutely none of his business! I found this even more unacceptable as he did not ask the same questions of my male friend who I was travelling with but had different rooms, vehicles and reservations. This man was asking questions that were none of his business nor had anything to do with a room reservation. I will never recommend that anyone stays here and will be reporting his behaviour to the proper authorities, perhaps they can advise him that questioning a paying guest about their legal presence in the country is completely unacceptable and none of his damn business. As for the rooms, they were basic at best and very dated. Not impressed at all with the whole experience.

The guy at the counter was very unprofessional. Made me feel really uncomfortable asking personal questions. Will not be returning and would NOT recommend anyone stay here.the rooms are small and found a small German cockroach running around.
