Stunning Lake Front House with Private Beach

Beautiful lake front property. bright, spacious. Private lake beach. Large deck with grill overlooking the lake. Parking pass to many ocean beaches just a couple minutes away. Nearby beach, ocean beach, trails, shops, restaurants, golf, gym nearby ... Lake is great for swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, while being away in a private oasis.

Most rooms in the house have a full lake view. (All but one.)
Bedroom/Bathroom layout:
Upstairs to the left is a private bedroom with private bathroom, queen bed and a futon if needed. Upstairs to the right is a master bedroom. Also a large master bathroom. There is also a walkthrough bedroom that has three twin beds and that space shares the master bathroom. Upstairs in the center is an open area with a sofa bed.
On main floor, in addition to the living room, dining room, large open kitchen and the deck overlooking the lake, there is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom.
Downstairs, there are two large bedrooms. they share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a pullout couch. The other bedroom has two queen beds.

All but one room have a TV.

Great layout for a group
We stayed for a weekend with a few adults and a bunch of teenagers - great layout for socializing with the bedrooms on three floors. Lake is gorgeous. Very clean.

Time on the Cape
Our extended family, including Gramdma, enjoyed a fun and relaxing stay. The location is great for going to various spots on the Cape. We also spent time with the canoes on the lovely lake. The home has lots of spots to sleep and is nicely decorated. We were able to prepare meals and enjoy the large table to eat. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. You do need to use caution when exiting the driveway as it is hard to see oncoming fast vehicles. Overall, we had a very nice visit.

It Has A Beautiful View But….
This house is nice but it is very basic. There are not a lot of extras. For example, the kitchen did not have enough pots and pans and other kitchen utensils needed to cook for 13 people. We had to go out and buy hangers for our closet and fill the gas tank for the grill. Two of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning which made It uncomfortable to sleep. The third floor was nice, the main floor adequate, and the basement was run down and had spiders. My biggest complaint is that the house is dirty. My grandchildren’s feet were black from running around on the first floor. The furniture was stained and dirty and the only cleaning supplies were brooms. This was somewhat disconcerting during a pandemic. This house did have a beautiful view and it was on a pond but it is not worth the money that is being charged.

House was great for large group and mike was awesome host
We loved our stay here. The pond was amazing, the house was spacious and conveniently located. Mike was super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to a friend!
