Inside, the master double bedroom features a Smart TV and an en suite shower. Bedroom two offers a cosy double bed and Smart TV, while bedroom three has twin beds. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. The stylish, modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area now includes an air fryer alongside all the essential mod cons: dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and coffee machine. For added fun, the dining table transforms into a pool or table tennis table, providing hours of entertainment for the whole family. Relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy movie nights on the 65-inch Smart TV.

Outside, steps lead down to an expansive patio featuring a designer entertainment area with our signature king-size cabana day bed. A large hot tub is sheltered under a modern timber gazebo with a skylight and integrated bar seating, perfect for soaking and socialising. A new BBQ enhances the alfresco dining experience, complete with a picnic bench and festoon lighting for a magical evening ambiance.
