Every single person working at this hotel is incredibly kind—absolutely wonderful people who always greet you with a smile and genuinely strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The restaurant is exceptional—so much so that we skipped dining elsewhere and returned each night for a five-star, delicious dinner with impeccable service. The team serving our table exemplified what true hospitality should be, and we are beyond grateful for their warmth and professionalism. The reception team is equally amazing—super accommodating, friendly, and staffed with truly wonderful people. The hotel’s location is perfect—just steps from ski access, making it a true ski-in, ski-out five-star experience. We can’t wait to return! If I could give six stars, I absolutely would!

We had an incredible stay. The room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent, the staff very friendly and ready to help. The spa is lovely. We loved it so much that we considered coming again for a short stay during the Summer as well. The only small inconvenience I would say, the ski in and out is not really accurate, you have to walk about 3-5 min to the slope. Otherwise everything was absolutely top notch.

Nice new hotel
New hotel. While they are working out the kinks, and the hallways and basement area between the garage and wellness center could be better designed and less industrial/cold, the hotel has great rooms, a great spa and pool area, and a great restaurant. Not truly ski-in/ski out, but only a short walk to the slope.

Tutto ottimo. L’hotel nuovissimo, una posizione superba, con vista sulle Dolomiti e accesso alle piste. Le camere arredate con legno naturale, i materiali ottimi, l’architettura innovativa.
