Nautical Nook Guest House

Guest House with room to sleep 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults. Very beautiful, peaceful property full of trees. Just a short 5 min drive to Conn Brown Harbor public boat rampant 10 min drive to Port A Ferry. There is plenty of room to park your boat on the property. This cottage is equipped with an upright small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker - we provide the coffee. Drive down to the beach, sit by the fire, enjoy the outdoor games or even go fishing. Owners live on property in main house.
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.
