This stay was GREAT!!! We travel ALOT. The hotel was clean..room as expected for Holiday Inn .nice and clean!!! The hotel next door had a fun group playing music and dancing and cooking out but they stopped around 10:30...they were really friendly and fun so I didn't mind the music 1 bit!! The hotel allows animals but the room across from us had a dog that wouldn't stop barking and they IMMEDIATELY moved me 2 floors up...no questions asked!!! Parking was in a big well lit parking lot literally a few steps away from the beach, a pier, and even a little bar. We will be going back! Adding a few pictures of the beach right from the hotel... CLEAN!!

Turned Work Into a Vacation

Nice, peaceful and clean
This Hotel shares an entrance with another hotel but there are signs pointing you in the direction of the front office. It is being updated so there is a little construction in the parking area but it did not interfere with our stay. The area was very peaceful which was great I did see guest fishing early in the morning and at night but they were respectful and quiet. The neighboring hotel has a bar facing the ocean they are open until 10. You can easily walk to the main beach area or the hotel has a entrance to what looks like a private beach area. The room was nicely cleaned and the bed was really comfy. The only complaint i would have is the toilet didnt seem to have enough pressure to flush with one try it always took two flushes to go all the way down.

The only thing I didn't like it that they share the same address as another hotel which is attached to the Holiday Inn so when I went to check in I of course went to the wrong place. You have to drive around the back to get to the Holiday Inn

Nice new hotel on the water. Only issue was toilet would not flush after some water line work was done on floor. It was fixed, but after we returned from evening out it did not work again. Had to change rooms late at night. New room had weak shower pressure.

The property is still being worked on, but it's brand new and right off a small almost personal beach. They're still working out some kinks, as our water was out for maybe an hour, and they were trying to keep up with enough breakfast for everyone. Great customer service, clean rooms, overall it was worth the price (might have been cheaper because everything isn't finished).

Not the worst!
Well let me start off by saying the staff were quite friendly and accomodating. It was clean and it smelled good and the AC worked great. Its definitely still working out some kinks. It was difficult coming in off the beach with no wash station or hose area so we tracked a lot of sand in even though we tried really hard to avoid it. We ended up with a lot of sand scattered on the floor during our trip and had to hand sweep it up LOL. I also fell knee deep into a sinkhole because the landscaping is far from complete. It was pretty embarrassind and hurt pretty bad. Ive never had anything like that happen before and Im young/in shape. I'd hate to see what couldve happened to someone like a small child or elderly person. The breakfast area was clean and well-manned but the offerings were sort of ehhhhh. Only coffee or milk, no juice or water options and they didnt provide cream cheese for the bagels plus some other weird random things that overall took away from the experience. Id stay here again and it was worth the price but they should definitely get all the way open and the kinks worked out.
