YES, your backyard is the canal where you can park your boat(s), fish, sail, kayak or ski off your own private dock while enjoying the Salt Life. 



Ideal for large groups of family or friends as there is ample lounging on the back porch, private dock and pool area. Tranquility at its' best, whether you are sipping morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage the pool lounge area is the gathering spot for all ages. Surrounded by tropical foliage and a water view makes for the perfect 'chillaxin' zone. Large fenced yard for games, horseshoes, washers and more. 



Our canals and bays are filled with Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Triple Tail to mention a few. You can clean your catch at your private cleaning station then cook away on your charcoal grill or the gas grill day or night. There is a  charcoal grill available for you to use. 



Inside we have 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds and 1 has 2 queens able to sleep 10 people. With nearly 1800 sq ft this spacious home has an open floor plan, 2 lounge areas that is blessed with priceless water views. Home comes fully stocked from kitchen utensils to bedroom linens. 



The Second lounge area has a 70" Flat Smart TV with Roku/Netflix, shuffle board, large dining table and direct access to pool area. 



Home has ample parking for multiple vehicles or a boat trailer, plus a 2 car garage for guest use.



Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Cancellation Policy:


A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Fishing is great off the dock
We were able to catch more trout and redfish off the dock than we were off the boat. Redfish during the day and trout at night. Place was nice and spacious for the entire family. Overall I would get this place again before any other property around, especially for the price.

Bring the boat
Great place to relax, FISH and more fish, park your boat in the back of the house. Go fish bring the fish back clean them at your own private cleaning station on your own private dock. Start a fire in the grill. While your fish are cooking rinse the boat off and it’s ready for the next morning. Watch football with guest with good a/c and cold beverages with two fun family rooms for family and guest. Shower in nice accommodations go to bed in one of the four bedrooms. And if you have time relax in the pool. We stayed a week and we was wishing we had booked a month. We will be going back soon.

Everything was great during our stay. The house is nice, the pool isn’t too big not too small, property is in a great location within the neighborhood. The only negatives I saw within the property was there is no curtains or blinds in the common areas and the bathroom that splits two rooms is inconvenient for the people that sleep in the fourth room.

There were a few issues, and one big miscommunication with the host to us on a house detail. Otherwise, it was a great location, and great house. We hope for better luck next time if we are able to book this house in the future because the location was perfect for our stay.

Perfect for big family
Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay! Great location between popular beaches. Beautiful view, pool, and spacious property with great small details make this a great rental for vacation! Fully stocked kitchen, beach and pool toys & chairs, so many games to keep the kids entertained and comfy furniture for lounging after a long day at the beach & in the pool! We aren’t fishers but caught a fish with a kids pole which topped off the end of our week.

Summer vacation
The view as soon as you walk in the house is amazing. We loved the big kitchen and sitting room. The game/lounge room is a bonus. The couch is great for afternoon naps and the dining table fit everyone comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious they just lack a table or dresser to store clothes or to place luggage while unpacking. The pool and yard were nice, the yard has stickers which was a problem for our dogs and kids. We felt the floors in the home could’ve been cleaner and we encountered a few spiders in the bedrooms, kitchen and garage. Overall the home was nice and the location was good.

Sweet spacious sunrise
Very spacious comfortable home with a pool for entertaining family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and the floorplan is perfect. Although the home is close to a major road, once inside the well insulated home, we could NOT hear any traffic sounds. We highly recommend renting this home.

2013 Spring Break
The weather did not cooperate with us, but we still had a great time. Very spacious house and it actually looks exactly like the pictures that are posted. From experience, we know that’s not always the case. We also had a last minute changer and received an immediate response. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Perfect Holday Gathering
Great place to have a large family gather for the holiday. The well-stocked kitchen plus a large kitchen made preparing meals easy. Two living areas allowed for groups to watch TV or play games. We had 6 ppl staying in the house with room to spare. The dining table was large enough for the 13ppl we had for meals. A great experience.

Great spot. Photos accurately depict the place.
While it doesn't have the greatest curb-appeal, once you're inside, it's nice. Took business clients there for fishing. The patio out back is peaceful. Nice view of the canals. Neighbors are nice. Gas grill wasn't working, but charcoal was. We had a great time!

Great place for a family getaway
This house was great for our summer family vacation. We enjoyed gathering and having meals in the large kitchen and dining room/game room. The utensils and kitchenwares provided were more than expected. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and casting a line off the dock in the evenings. Although the listing is for 4 bedroom/3 bath, we were surprised to find it was actually 2 1/2 bath… but we were able to make it work for our stay. Location is great- about 5-7 min drive to either Rockport or Aransas Pass, about 10-12 min to Port A ferry. Gas station and liquor store right across the street for last minute items, as well as Dollar General about 3 min away and H‑E‑B about 7 min in either direction (Rockport or Aransas Pass). We would love to come back again sometime.

Fantastic for Family
My family and I had a great time! We come to Rockport several times a year so we know the area. The property was located in a nice neighborhood and there was plenty of room for all of us including our dogs. The back entertainment area was awesome for movie watching we could all spread out. The pool was just wonderful to cool off in and it was great that there was use of the garage. There were chairs and pool floats that made it fun. It made the trip even nicer that we could park our boat at the dock! There are only 2 things that I would comment on; 1. There really needs to be blinds/shades/curtains on the windows in the living areas, the heat & sunlight that comes in is a bit tough to deal with. 2. There are actually only 2 full bathrooms, one is a Jack & Jill, one is attached to the master and there is a half bath in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great stay!
We were in town for a wedding so we didn't have much time to enjoy the pool or fishing, but the house was exactly what we needed and centrally located. The little restaurant across the highway was a pleasant surprise as the food was great and it was so convenient the first night. I would recommend this house as we just wished we could have stayed longer.
