Room was ridiculously small, as was bathroom. Bed small & very uncomfy. Obviously no fridge or microwave. Couldn't have a drink as no kettle etc. Only positive was an acceptable breakfast.

Delightful place
We received a very warm welcome upon arrival at this delightfully quirky hotel. The room was small but tastefully decorated and very clean. A welcome extra was the free breakfast which was tasty and plentiful. It didn’t advertise restaurant facilities, so we were pleasantly surprised and impressed to find ourselves eating a delicious dinner and lovely wine, for a reasonable charge. An altogether lovely place to stay when you are passing through this beautiful part of the French countryside.

The whole building 'exuded' character, whilst ensuring the rooms were modern and comfortable. The owner has obviously worked hard to make it a memorable place to stay. LOVED IT. Only downside is very limited menu if you want to eat in - tongue or cold chicken the night we stayed. Fortunately Pont Audemeer (5 minutes drive) has plenty of excellent restaurants.

Good Short Stay
I only stayed here one night on my way from Normandy to Paris. It was just off the highway which made it super convenient. I arrived in the early evening and I think I was one of only three to four people there for the night. The restaurant was closed but a short drive to the cute town where there were plenty of options. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was limited but overall good.

We stayed at Hotel Les Cloches de Corneville as a stopover to break our journey and what a pleasant surprise it was. It's a unique establishment, recently renovated to maintain its character; our room provided charm and comfort in equal measures. The proprietor was dedicated, friendly and efficient; the breakfast was ample and delicious. Hotel Les Cloches de Corneville is only a 10-minute drive from the delightful Pont-Audemer. Recommended.

Newly renovated at the time of our stay The proprietor was friendly and helpful, and served a quality beer. We liked the internal decor, the way this building had been restored (from evidently a ruinous state a few years before). The breakfast was good, and the dining was was pleasant and comfortable, with a view. A few reservations - I found my mattress a little lumpy, and there were no hand towels, only bath sheets. There was also no room number on our door and I accidentally opened the wrong one to find myself in a room full of paint cans and timber. But on the whole I enjoyed our stay and would return.

Bei der Anreise fand ich die tolle Halloween-Dekoration außen am Haus sehr beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war eher klein, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Die Dusche war etwas herausfordernd (sehr eng, lange kein warmes Wasser, etwas abgenutzt). Ich hab gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück hat mich begeistert! Ein schöner Frühstücksraum im Wintergarten.
