These apartments are quite sparse, as one would expect at the price. We had beds, a kitchen sink, a fridge, a tabletop hob and a few pans, cutlery, dishes etc. We didn't cook, it was cheap enough to eat out at €7 for a starter plus main course. Our hosts (the owners) were very friendly and welcoming, they really were charming. Kavos itself is a town containing a strip full of nightclubs and bars. Thankfully it was largely closed as we visited out of season (they open towards the end of May) but, in any case, the apartments are a 5 minute walk out of town and should therefore be quiet. The apartments are right on the seafront, there is no beach as the sea comes right up to the garden, but you can use sunbeds on the grass lawn
