La habitación estaba muy bonita , sin embargo fue una lástima que no se podía utilizar la tina que fue una de las principales razones por la que pagamos esa habitación , el internet no era muy bueno la señal , locación y diseños de las habitaciones estaba muy bien , nos hubiera gustado que el check out fuera a las 12 pm sin cobro extra

The hotel was very nice but pricey in comparison. No WiFi, that was disappointing. They should have complimentary shuttle service to the two mile train-bus stop/town but they charge. Customer service could be better, not very friendly. You are paying for the LOCATION it has amazing views

Location is a Plus+! Cabin is nice and clean the bed is super Hard like a rock, need comfy beds for sure! The “SPa” is closed lol so not even open to enjoy the Sauna please try to turn on for your guest on site restaurant and a bar that looks good but I didn’t try any very close walking distance to shops , restaurants

Muy bonito hotel y buen servicio. Hay estacionamiento gratis y ofrecen tours. La calefacción y el agua caliente servían perfecto. El desayuno cuesta 250 pesos y es buffet.

This property once entering your room was a WOW. This is lovely. The local wood, wooden walls, ceiling & floors are beautiful as well as the gas fireplace. The entire hotel was clean. The reception area, also a log cabin. You certainly had the feeling you were in the forest of beauty.

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the strip of all the small stores and close to the plazita. It was very clean and comfy. I recommend this place if you’re looking to stay on Creel. We drove there, it was easy to just get up and drive to our destination.
