I didn't realise when we booked that there would be no room between the bed and the walls. I had to climb over my husband to get out of bed. The bathroom was equivalent to what is on a plane...... with a tiny shower thrown in. Definitely not suitable for couples!! No room for two suitcases!

False advertising, otherwise it is great.
It’s an alright place to stay in general considering the price and location. Especially when the weather is nice, you can go for a swim or sunbathe with a 5-minute walk. What I don’t like the most is the false advertisement. It claims that it has laundry facilities, which usually means coin laundry from my experience. But turns out they only provide a “typically” overpriced hotel laundry service. Considering it’s not easy to find a coin laundry place in Copenhagen, this caused me the most trouble. Besides that, 20 DKK is required to store your belongings after checking out. It’s not a big a deal, but it just gives you a bad feeling that they try to squeeze you every bit of money like the cheap airlines. Overall, I think it’s a decent place to stay if you know what to expect.

Good basic, modern hotel in a great location near the central railway station and 10 minutes’ walk to the city centre. Rooms are on the small side and there is no standard daily cleaning of rooms, though the view over the water from my room on the 7th floor was an unexpected bonus.

The hotel was in a good location. Easy to public transportation and tourist sites. The carpets in the hallway were stained the entire way! The room was clean. Beware the queen bed was surrounded on 3 sides by the walls and you had to climb over your spouse in order to get out of bed. They even charge for luggage storage if you arrive early before check in.

The room was tiny. A jail would be bigger than the room. Two people could not pass one other in the room as it was so small You could only exit the bed on one side. The duvet was too small for the bed. The bathroom was also tiny and there was no room to turn around. I complained to the manager and asked for another room. He stated that he could not give me another room and that the rooms were all the same. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This was one of my least favorites places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were tiny, almost impossible for two people to move in them, let alone with luggages. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly and the drain was clogged. For over $200 a night I would expect a little more.

Walkable to train station and on bus route. Understaffed.To reach window you had to squeeze through a2in gap between bed and wall. When staff doing checkins,no one available to pay for take out food.Breakfast location beauriful and food choices acceptable a decent price.

Clean, convenient for short stay, reasonable shared spaces, exactly as advertised. Good value for otherwise fairly expensive location. I hade the opportunity to visit couple of four star hotels, which had worse overall appearance. Will recommend this one.
