PROS: The hotel is near Tivoli Gardens, Tourist Information Center and Copenhagen Central Station. CONS: 1. If you are working while traveling, their wifi signal is so slow. Constant internet outages in the rooms. We told the guest service desk and I’m willing to pay extra, they said ‘We can’t do anything about it’. 2. We used the same bed linen for 5 days. They change the towels though. 3. Toiletries: bring your hair conditioner. They don’t provide it. They provide hair and body soap, hand soap and lotion. 4. They have visible molds growing in the bathroom. I don’t want to check the whole room. I am afraid to discover more. I have pictures of that. Their sink drains slow too. It might be to conserve water. I guess. 5. No fridge and microwave inside the room. If you need hot water and ice, you need to inform the reception. Maybe the same set-up with other hotels in the country.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff… The hotel is clean but comfort wise it’s lacking - You get a super soft square cushion style pillow one per person and heating is a big issue. I stayed for 5 days and had three different rooms - it was so cold. Not my first time in Cph so it was a downer for my overall trip especially because I had my child with me.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city near the main train/metro station and Tivoli Gardens. There is also a train station right across the hotel entrance. Everything is walkable if you are up to it. The room that we had was very good and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint is that there is not enough storage in the room, otherwise, it was a good place to stay at.

Very pleasant stay
3rd stay for us in Copenhagen and this was our favourite hotel out of the three we've stayed in. Location was perfect- 5 mins from main train station with metro right outside the hotel. Attractions very close by with Tivoli a 6 minute walk. We paid a little extra for an upgrade which I'm so glad we did. We had a lovely spacious room with two showers and a balcony ( although the balcony was scarily slippery!). Only negative I have is that the lifts are incredibly small ( 3 people limit). Only caused issues on the first day though. We both said we would stay there again if we returned.

Great location. VERY convenient to Central Station! Almost across from Tivoli Garden amusement park. Area seemed safe enough to walk after dark. Staff friendly, helpful and bilingual. Overall neat and clean but room was pretty dated. However the large bathroom had a tub! The shower wall was a bit mouldy, but rest of it was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Windows were clamped and screwed shut which was sad as they had a nice little balcony with chairs. Overall would definitely stay again because its such a great location.

Just a place to sleep.
We stayed here for a couple of days for our first time in Copenhagen, the hotel was easy to find, is a 7 mins walk from the main train station, the location is not very nice but not dangerous. The hotel is large and the check in process was easy but our room was extremely small and the WiFi was very weak, both my husband and I had to keep reconnecting to use it. I would say if is your best time in Copenhagen don’t stay in this area but if you rather a good price is not a bad choice either.

We recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. We opted to upgrade two levels to a better room as ours wasn't available on arrival as wecwere slightly early, and while we were pleased with the larger space and the fantastic views from the top floor balcony, we were a bit disappointed that, as VIP customers, we didn't receive at least one complimentary upgrade as promised on the expedia site, given that it was available ascwe paid to upgrade. The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to both metro and train stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Tivoli Gardens, and it's also well-positioned for easy access to the Royal Arena and other transport links and tourist areas. Despite the minor issue with the upgrade, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning, especially for the spacious room we paid for and the overall convenience of the hotel's location.
