Summary:
All of our rentals are cleaned before and after each stay by a professional cleaning agency trained in proper disinfection techniques.
This comfortable immaculate 4-season vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests. With a full eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a spacious wrap-around outdoor deck, and a comfortable living room. This home is ideal for a week-long ski getaway in the winter. Or enjoy all the summer in the Berkshires has to offer.
Note: Bedroom TV is currently not working.

From the historic General Store downtown, local bookstores and seasonal farmer's markets to the Historic Millerton Inn, to skiing at nearby Catamount, Great Barrington and Hudson, there is plenty to do all year round...

Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible.
Guest Access:
There is a community beach within short walking distance for swimming and sunbathing. Enjoy the kayaks as well in the summer
The Neighborhood:
We are members of the Taconic Shores Property Owners Association. We take great pride in our community and maintain the neighborhood for a quiet and safe year-round enjoyment.
Other Things to Note:
Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing
No smoking, parties, pets
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($50/hr late fee)
$200 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
Please do not bring more than 6 people to the home. Doing so will result in a $250 coverage fee.
Please leave heat at 55-60F upon check out; if heat is left on at a higher temperature than 60F upon check out, we may need to charge a $25 fee.
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check
