The property was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Our suite was clean and TV and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was somewhat outdated and showed wear. The shower head needed attention. Our mattress was great! We would stay again.

The people working were so nice, but the room was GROSS. Mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was falling apart. The room smelled heavily like feet - almost to the point where we couldn't sleep. The floor was wet when we arrived, and we found pieces of someone else's hair throughout the bed and bathroom.

Absolutely disgusting
I went into the bathroom and saw water standing in the tub and it was absolutely disgusting. Covered in hair and filth. I gathered my things and left. Sought accommodations at a different hotel altogether. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 15 times in the last two years for work. Given the conditions, it’s likely I’ll never return.

For some reason the room smelled like pickles. I couldn't connect the tvs to the Wi-Fi but i wasnt there to watch tv. The bath tub was amazing! There was multiple large water spots on the ceiling in the livingroom area and the tile in the bathroom was dirty and cracked.

Rooms could have been cleaner, had to be moved to a room and it was only slightly better. Ants out in the hallway. Pool area full of loud patrons drinking heavily and screaming.

The air in the room barely worked and hardly blew out cool air. The shower water did not get very hot and when it did get somewhat hot it took forever to do so. The pool was green and dirty. The lighting at night in the pool patio area is awful and the pool is not lit up at all making it dangerous to swim at dark. The pool was also freezing.
