Upon arriving at the hotel, we were checked in early and didn't have to wait until the official check-in time. However, when we got to our room, we had trouble getting in. The magnetic key cards didn't work, neither one nor the other. The lock kept engaging, but the door wouldn't open. We spent about 10-15 minutes trying to open the door and eventually enlisted the help of a housekeeper on the floor. She barely managed to open the lock.
The room itself was bright and spacious, with a modern interior, and we had no complaints about it. In the morning, we decided to check out the pool area and were shocked by what we saw. It was poorly cleaned, not ventilated, and felt stuffy like a sauna. When we decided to use the restroom there, it was scary to go in because it was in a terrible state after someone else had used it. We had to go back to our room, and again, it took about 15-20 tries with the electronic key to open the door. Overall, we were left with a poor impression of this place.
