The TV did not work. The sink was cracked and didn’t have a stopper. Some of the lights didn’t work. The room was clean and it was a quiet location. No one was at the front desk to check on the tv.

Unfortunately, I was unable to make the stay. We had a death in family, and I had to cancel the reservation. When I was able to speak to a manager, they never once offered condolences. I was out on a brief hold, and then told I needed to contact Hotels.com to cancel, and then hung up on. TERRIBLE customer service!
