This hotel looks like a new construction. When I checked in, I was offered what floor I preferred. Very clean room and hotel. Only complaint was a noisy bathroom vent connected to light switch.

Parking lot was safe & well-lit. Hotel location was just far enough from the freeway so that it was quiet. Very convenient to restaurants & The Woodlands. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

I had difficulty checking in with the female working at the front desk. She told me my card declined when it was actually charged for the early check in fee and this caused a 20 minute delay while I contacted my bank for no reason.

Avoid the handicap rooms

I would avoid the handicap rooms unless you really need it. Bed was Particularly uncomfortable ,lumpy and super low to the ground. Also the air conditioner was somehow disconnected from the control unit and had to be manually operated either on or off. Very inconvenient!
