The hotel itself is quite nice and in a good area. The only thing I didn't appreciate screaming throughout the halls at the crack of dawn (assuming the cleaning staff). It happen for hours Everything else was great!

Conroe review
The elevator was not working when we arrived and we would need to take stairs but clerk would carry my suitcase up ( I am 76) . Clerk said there was only a room on floor 2 available. When I told him my husband needed a 1st floor due to a hip replacement he had 5 weeks before he said if we would wait 30 minutes he would have housekeeping clean a room on 1st floor. Very nice young man. I wished I could tell you his name. We really like the tiled floors in the rooms. More sanitary. Will stay there again.

The elevator at this property wasn’t working and I wasn’t notified until check-in, I definitely would have booked somewhere else. It was a known issue and should have been disclosed prior to booking. Just in case you’re wondering, the sign at the property indicated that the elevator would be under repair until November 18, 2024. Fortunately, we were able to get a room on the 2nd floor as opposed to the 3rd or 4th floor which meant we the hike up was one flight instead of 2 or 3.

Fresh renovation was nice. Great shower. Front desk service was excellent! Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Coming up a little short was the office chair in the room was uncomfortable. The elevator being out of service was a pretty big inconvenience. Would liked to have the traditional luggage stand or two in the room.
