Villa Infinity - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Villa infinity consists of four levels connected by an internal lift.
On the lower floor of Villa Infinity there is a Technogym-branded gym with a latest generation exercise bike, a treadmill, Bench and Unica that will allow you to practice the physical activity you need for your psycho-physical well-being. This room has air conditioning. Always in the same space, for your relaxation, there is a sauna, flanked by a double shower space and a bathroom. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds (which can also be joined to form a double) with en suite bathroom. The living area, on the ground floor, consists of a splendid and comfortable kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to let your imagination run wild, a bright dining room with a bluetooth speaker for listening to music and a wine cellar for tasting good wine - perhaps at sunset by the pool. The living area also includes a study corner, where it is easily possible to do smart working in case you need it.
The large windows in the living area lead to the garden complete with outdoor dining area; in its center you will find Incastonata, an infinity pool, the precious sapphire of this corner of paradise, heated with a temperature that does not exceed 30°, with night lighting and equipped with counter-current swimming. At Villa Infinity, nothing is missing.
On the top floor of the villa is the sleeping area with three bedrooms: one double with king size bed and spectacular view of the lake and the city, one with two single beds that can eventually be joined to form a double, and one third with double bed, which instead enjoys a view of the greenery that surrounds the villa. Only these three bedrooms have air conditioning. Also on the same floor there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. This wonderful solution is completed by a very spacious private garage in the basement, inside which two cars (three if small - medium sized) can be parked comfortably.
