Our two-bedroom oasis features one king and one queen bed, both with plush mattresses and luxury linens. Stargaze through the large picture windows while lying in bed, and close the automatic blinds for a restful morning of sleeping in.

Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the couch, soaking up the breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy your downtime with board games and a large dining table perfect for spending quality time together. The Nook’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary creations, including pots, pans, a blender, a toaster, and a full spice drawer with olive oil. Coffee lovers can enjoy espresso with frothed milk from the Nespresso, pour-over coffee, or a French press.

Work and Stay Connected:

Important Information:

The Nook is located on a three-acre parcel, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Plan ahead and bring groceries, as the nearest restaurants are a 30-minute drive away. For winter visits, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended due to the snow and high winds. A $500 deposit is reserved for damages or theft.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property during their stay. The Nook has a key-less entry lock. A code will be provided the day prior to check in.
Other things to note
Please note that there is a $500 deposit for The Nook. This amount is not charged upon booking but is reserved as a pending charge on the booking card the day prior to checking in. The pending charge will drop off after check out assuming there is no damage or theft. We understand accidents happen, if anything gets damaged or broken during your stay, please let us know so we can work together to find a solution.

The Colorado mountains can experience harsh winter conditions, especially between October and May, with significant snowfall and high winds. If you are visiting during this period, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended to navigate our 600-foot driveway and the surrounding area safely.

We have a strict cancellation policy as defined by Airbnb, but we are considerate of severe weather conditions that may affect your travel plans. If the main highway is closed due to severe weather, we will provide at least a partial refund for the nights affected by the closures. If the highways remain open, the regular cancellation policy will apply. Typically, roads in this area are not closed for more than 24 hours at a time.

Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.
