Poor guest service.
No taxis nor hotel shuttle for getting guests to and from the train station. As seniors, having to walk over a half mile in the rain with heavy bags ruined our stay! Attitude at the front desk was poor. (Older blonde woman)

The hotel is nice but dated. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Room was nice but noisy as person above stomped about. Very close to ferry which was perfect for us. On the whole a good place to stay.

The staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, booked a private boat on Lake Como, then called the next morning to find out more info for us. The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again! Great location and right next to the lake.

Booked a superior lake view room. View was amazing and room was spacious and clean. Hotel is opposite lake with ferry just in front and buses just around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within meters of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good but I expected better considering it's a medium size 4 star hotel. A few more hot options apart from just bacon and eggs would have been good. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel is well located adjacent to Lake Como and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the train station. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. A full breakfast buffet was included. Our room and bathroom were pretty small, but OK for the two days we were there.

It would be difficult to find a more ideally situated property in the heart of Lake Como. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were very accommodating, an excellent choice.

Café / Bar service was appalling to say the least. Difficult to access ,limited on site parking nearest public parking 10 minute walk away. They do not park it for you! Will not be returning to that hotel
