Reasonable value for money. Restaurant, Lounge, Bar & Food all quite acceptable. Bedrooms in need of Updating, but adequate. Bathroom in need of complete Refurb & modern lighting! Owner very helpful, & if you like Tai Food you will enjoy the restaurant.

Convenient for Colwyn Bay with free parking
Very friendly and helpful owner. Unfortunately the hotel is a little tired and in need of some refurbishment, although it is fairly comfortable and clean. I can recommend the Thai Restaurant where the food is excellent.

A little dated, but excellent value for money
The reception, the room, the breakfast, the bed etc. was excellent, the only problem was the noise caused by high winds which I believe was rattling the fire escape directly outside our room.
