The hotel is updated and overall clean. Staff was nice. There were two areas for major improvement: coffee and noise. Do not depend on drinking the hotel coffee for breakfast if you like coffee in the morning- it was terrible. I don’t know what the noise was, maybe water in the pipes? Or something with the elevators? There was constant noise that made sleeping difficult. I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the noise.

Liked that it was attached to the casino. requested a handicap room because it said the beds were lower. They were but squeaked when you moved. Also, shower was really weird, and the drain was slow. Water over my ankles. Room #112

We chose this because it was not far from Rickenbacker airport. We were most impressed with the quality of the breakfast, the service staff keeping the tables clean and the amp space for dining.

Nice clean modern property. We chose it because we wanted to be near Rickenbacker airport. The breakfast and dining area were much better than most hotels. Good quality food, except for the sausage patties. The dining area was spacious and the staff kept the tables clean. Perhaps this stood out to me because the last two places I stayed were attended to by slackers or shut down the breakfast before official closing time.

A night at the horse races
We always stay here when we visit Scioto Downs for an evening of live horse racing, but this is the first time we took our little Yorkie after realizing they are pet friendly - to our surprise, there was no extra pet charge! The back parking lot has a small dog area and free poopy bags. The indoor pool was open and packed. While the hotel is NOT a Caesar's Rewards group, the ATTACHED racino, horse track and Brew Brothers IS, so we were able to earn tier and reward points as well as redeem reward credits at Brew Brothers, which has fabulous food.
