The Double Tree was a nice place to stay but I’m not used to paying for Wi-Fi or breakfast separate. I am also aggravated with Expedia that I still haven’t received my final bill and I’ve been checked out for over 6 hours. I like to know what I’m paying for things

Pleasant, comfortable, Rell was very nice, courteous and professional. He also sent me a "welcome" text after my arrival. Let me know that if I needed anything, I could let him know. The text offered a since of persona contract which I appreciated. That was a different yet very nice addition. Thank you Double Tree and staff (Rell). I look forward to my next visit.

The fitness room only had 1 working treadmill. The pool was smaller than expected and could only accommodate 1 family at a time it seemed. Room service didn't provide enough towels and things for the number of guests on our booking.
