Negative stars is not an option. Room was not clean. Staff was ok. Very little in the way of comfort. Furniture was shabby and sparse. Is really a $30 per night room but they’re charging 75.

Horrible hotel
The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all very friendly. However, the hotel itself is awful. Full of smoke, very dated and rundown. Looks nothing like the pictures. Parking lot is full of drug users every night. Rooms are extremely basic and they nickel and dime you for everything. Housekeeping is non-existant. Pay more and stay somewhere else unless you like trashy hotels.

Hotel was not the best and hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke along with our room. Bathroom tub had obvious mold, dirt behind the toilet and previous guests hairs in the blankets. All together felt unsanitary & uncomfortable for me and my toddler so we departed early.

As soon as we walked in, we could smell Marijuana. I tried to just move past it. When we walked into our room, it smelled overwhelmingly like stale smoke. The bed spread also smelled of smoke. They also allow pets, which I understand, but there was a dog next to us that barked the entire 15 minutes we were there. My son has terrible allergies and couldn’t stay in the room for more than 15 min. We immediately checked out.

Do not waste your money and stay here. The photo in the front of the hotel is extremely deceiving! This hotel is located in a super sketchy area, the inside is filthy with stinky smells. The inside of the rooms are dirty, old. Towels are used. The only benefit is the staff are friendly.

It was an overall good stay but our TV didn’t connect to the internet and we weren’t able to watch TV at all. Other than the TV not working, it was a very quiet few days for me and my family.

Absolute Mess. Waste of Time and Money
Start with killing two roaches in less than 20mins and right in front of a 12yrs old kid who hates roaches. The refrigerator picture speaks for it self. It was so bad that we did not even attempt to open it to find out whats in it. Just zoom in and see for yourself. The A/C was loaded with mold and if you dont have a strong stomach, you will vomit. Zoom in the window pic to see visible dirt. It was like this throughtout the room. This zero star hotel is rated 7.8 out of 10 but someone needs to look closely. We've stayed at a similar brand before in a different city and it was by far better than this. This was a one night stop over for a few hours rest. But we couldn't sleep or "rest" properly before getting back on the road. Besides the smell of smoke in the room, elevator and hallway, the room itself had a HEAVY cooking oil smell that seem to have accumulated over a long period of time... at least 2yrs+. The smell was coming from the walls, the floor, bed and the sinks. It's the same strong cooking oil smell you smell at the back of a chinese restaurant where the used oil is usually disposed. We checked in close to midnight but when we tried to request a room change before unpacking, there was no one in sight. Even the phone number posted at the closed desk went unanswered. We basically sat on the computer chairs and the edge of the beds all night. And as soon as there was daylight, we hit the road. Just FYI: can't add pic. Clicking on "add a photo" but not working.
