Clean room, great breakfast.
We had an ADA room, and it was immaculate. The bathroom was large and easy to get in and out of. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, I eat a ketogenic diet and the scrambled eggs and sausages were perfect. My son enjoyed the French toast and English muffin. We have stayed here before, it's our favorite place to stay when visiting Columbia.

Facility looks beautiful from outside but not very up kept from inside. Went to put my kids to bed and I pull back the covers to find bloody dirty sheets. I went to the front desk and they acted like this was normal and gave me new sheets to put on the bed. I go to put on the sheets and the blood had soaked through the sheets to the mattress cover and onto bed. Plus there was a huge pee stain. Hotel did not offer a new room. Adjoining bed in room had food shoved in between mattress and head of bed. Found a whole biscuit and socks. The gym had no hand sanitizer or wipes to clean equipment. All in all very dirty facility.
