When we first arrived, we loved the cabin look. I waited in line to be checked in. The couple in front of us were getting checked in and everything was explained to them. Bar, pool, fitness, breakfast. The lady that was working said the guy next to her could check us in. So I went to him. You could tell he didn’t want to “deal” with us. He didn’t explain anything. Just gave us the key. Later, we asked if they had an extra fan and he was very smart Alec about it. Could have just simply said no. I came back and asked about the $26 charge that was on my card and the lady came back up and explained it. We decided to go check out the bar. The bartender didn’t greet us and it felt like she didn’t want to help us either. We left for a while and when we came back, there was another lady working. I asked her what time breakfast was since we were never informed. The next morning for breakfast we went down and the food was cold and the juices were empty. So we ended up going to a diner and paying for breakfast. Not the experience I was hoping for with this hotel.
