The fireplace is not for guest use.

Spring Lake is a shallow lake. We are not sure of the exact depth. There is a gentle shoreline at the back of the property, leading into the lake. There are a few stone steps that go right by the water.

You may bring your own kayaks, however there are NO motors allowed.

You will receive a "boarding pass" upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.

No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
